2. How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
Cancel any time from Settings in your dashboard, or in the billing portal linked from there. Auto-renewal stops and you keep full access until the end of the year you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment goes through.
3. What happens after I purchase access?
After purchasing access you will be automatically redirected to the question dashboard from where you can update your details.
4. I have purchased access but haven’t received my login details or an email
Occasionally email filters send the automated email to your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders within your email client. If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us for assistance. We aim to answer all queries within 72 hours.
5. Is my personal information secure?
